Shaka Jones was born in the Bronx, New York to his proud parents Darryl Jones and Lorrie Dudley on June 24, 1992. He was the seventh of eleven children. Shaka attended Bekshire High School in upstate New York. His family are all native New Yorkers that settled throughout the city. Upon graduation, he worked various jobs. He was affectionately called Budda by those who were close to him. Shaka was a brave soul with a kind heart whose love was always felt when he was in your presence. Shaka leaves to mourn and cherish fond memories: his parents, Lorrie Dudley and Darryl Jones; his siblings, James, Jalani, Darvell, Shameca, Shakiara, Coby, Jassiah, Darryl Jr., Qur'ana, Qur'nasia, and Kahtyn; nephew, Xavier; nieces, Alana, Sanaii and Unique; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
