Obituary

Raymond Charles Green was born on December 11, 1989, at Bronx Lebanon Hospital to Patricia Green, Who predeceased him. He spent his early formative years in Harlem, NY, at 1350 5th Avenue,112th Street, living with his grandmother, Roberta Green, who also predeceased him. Raymond began his formal education at P.S. 33 at Mother Hale House Academy in Harlem.
In his later years, he resided in the Bronx at 679 Waring Avenue with his Auntie-Mommy, Carol Green-Powell, and Uncle-Dad Wesley Powell. Raymond's education continued into adulthood, culminating in the completion of an adult business program, which facilitated his seamless transition into the workforce. Throughout his career, he was employed by various notable organizations, including BJ's Wholesale, Lincoln Hospital COVID Testing Sites, Homeless Placement Shelters, and Permanent Housing Programs. His Last position was in management with the City Field Corporation, part of the New York City MLB Mets Baseball Team Organization, Where he was responsible for human resources, staffing, quality control, and compliance.
Raymond was an active member of the Church Of Revelation, participating in numerous ministries and classes such as the Hospitality Desk. Youth Ministry, Sunday School, Royal Rangers, and Father Heart Ministry. He Joyfully served his church and was a true blessing to everyone he encountered.
