On February 19, 2020, without a warning God whispered to my brother, Perry, your time here on this side is no longer needed. Without a mumble, word, or cry, Perry closed his eyes and took an everlasting journey with Jesus on high. Perry leaves behind to cherish his memory: three adult children, Jacque Lasster, Perry Levaugh Housey and Lisa Housey; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; three siblings, Willie Mae Housey, Keith Housey, and Thelma Purnelle; three sisters-in-law, Lou Ruth Housey, Lorraine Housey, and Sarah Housey; and a host of nieces and nephews.
