Patricia White was born in New York City to her proud parents, Barrington and Gladys White, on June 6, 1959. She was the oldest of two children.

Patricia attended and graduated from Patrick Henry's elementary school. She then attended Julia Richman High School.

Pat, or Nana as everyone called her, later met the father of her children and, with this union, brought three beautiful daughters.

She attended Touro college in New York City, where she obtained her bachelor's degree. She then furthered her education by pursuing her masters not once but twice, completing this task. She didn't stop there. She loved school so much just as a pastime hobby, she took classes online and finished her Ph.D. at Cappella College.

After receiving several degrees in social services, she was employed as a case manager supervisor at Volunteers of America for several years until retiring.

Pat was very helpful in her community. She dedicated her time and love to the Carver Tenants Association for a few years. She was a blessing to all who knew her. She was so outspoken but had a heart of gold. If she didn't like you, whew!! You knew it. She loved to dance, and she was always saying something funny. From "I'm bored" when she was tired of hearing what you were saying to her to "click me off" when it was time to hang up a FaceTime call.

Patricia departed this life on January 3, 2023, and has gone on to join her parents and her one and only sister, Pamela White.

She leaves to mourn and cherish fond memories: her three daughters, Tameka, Carlene, and Shakeya; her grandchildren, the "Lucky 7", Lajai, Kenyahn, William, Keniyah, Nakaila, Sandra, and Laniyah; a great-grandson Kameron; three nephews, Eric, Terell, and Anthony Jr., and a host of other family and friends that she loved.

Patricia will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.
