Norman James Johnson Jr. was born in Brooklyn, New York on July 27, 1956, to his loving parents Norman J. Johnson Sr. and Edelina Johnson (nee Brown) both having predeceased him. Norman grew up with a love for all sports whether playing or watching. In High School, despite being undersized, he made the football team which had a reputation for physical toughness. He loved his NY teams particularly the NY Yankees and the NY Knicks who he was fortunate enough to see win titles in the early 70s. Norman worked at Consew for 34 years eventually rising to shipping manager after having started there working with Dad. Norman was loyal and devoted to his longtime partner, the late Kim Faucett, and their children: Trenton, Xavier and Tyeba. He was also preceded in death by his parents, and youngest brother, Darryl. Norman leaves to cherish fond memories; four children, Celeste (from his former wife), Trenton, Xavier, and Tyeba; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers: Greg and Gary; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
