Michael Ray Tucker was born in High Point, North Carolina on March 4th, 1958. He was the third of four children born to Charles and Betty Tucker. His childhood was spent in a loving Christian home. His mother's life is being lived as a Christian and Ordained Minister who loves God. Michael loved the Lord and was a member of Mother Walls A.M.E. Zion Church in the Bronx, New York. He attended Theodore Roosevelt High School in the Bronx, New York. Michael was a big sports fan. He enjoyed fishing, watching wrestling and basketball. He was a huge Yankee fan. He really enjoyed keeping up with world affairs. His favorite station was CNN. On Wednesday August 4th, 2021 God called from labor to reward Michael Ray Tucker. He was preceded in death by brother, Ricky Tucker. Left to mourn his passing are: his beloved mother. The Reverend Betty Gray; his children, Angelica, Lisa, Freddie, Michael and Kiswana; two grandchildren, Joel and Tony (whom he loved dearly and cared for); his brother, Charles Tucker of Chicago, Illinois; and his sister, Rachel Tucker of Atlanta, Georgia. He also leaves behind a host of relatives including: Dara, Wendy, Raymond and Melvin; as well as his godbrother, Alvis Alexander; his godsister, Brenda Lynch; and close friends Jose, Darryl, Ebony, and many others.
