Marilyn Reddick, daughter of the late David Arthur Weir and Beatrice Reddick, was born on January 8, 1953, in Harlem Hospital, New York, NY. She was very well educated, graduating from high school and then college. Upon completing her studies, Marilyn worked in the Dietary Department for a number of years until she retired. Marilyn loved going to church and being with her friends and family. She was a fun- loving person. On July 6, 2022, Marilyn departed this world. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, James Lewis Green; and her twin sister, Carolyn Reddick. She leaves to cherish fond memories: her companion of many many years, Mr. Guy Batts; her sisters, Bessie Reddick, and Priscilla Hernandez; her nieces, Lisa Cobbs, Tarshanna Reddick, Joy McCoy, Saiyda White, Shanae Reddick, and Donnisha Reddick; her nephews Shawn Johnson, Don Reddick, Kevin Hernandez, Eric Reddick, Myles Wimbley, Justin Ferguson, Crandall Moore and Stefon McCoy; and a host of family and dear friends. Marilyn will truly be missed.
