Lillie Yvonne Kennedy, a beloved daughter of Lillie Mae and Abraham Kennedy, was born on July 30, 1961, in Neptune, New Jersey. Yvonne grew up as a Presbyterian and was the fourth of five children.

Yvonne spent her early years in Forest Hills, Queens, NY, where she attended and graduated from Forest Hills High. She then moved to Manhattan, New York, and gave birth on January 18, 1984, to her only child Eddie Sean Kennedy whom she raised in Bronx, NY.

Yvonne was a loving and caring person who helped out everyone. Her hobbies consisted of handball, cards, and Super Mario games. In her earlier years, she worked as a telemarketer, home health aide, and homemaker.

On December 29, 2022, God called His daughter home to eternal rest. Her parents, Lillie and Abraham Kennedy; sisters, Jacqueline and Delbra Kennedy; and brother, Michael Kennedy, will be there to greet her with open arms.

She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish fond memories: fiancé, Lawrence Malone of Bronx, NY; son, Eddie Kennedy of Bronx, NY; daughter-in-law, Sabrina Gracia of Bronx, NY; granddaughters, Janiyah and Emani Kennedy of Bronx, NY; brother, Nathan Brown of Fort Lauderdale; sister, Juanita Kennedy Cooper of Bronx NY; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She loved us all, and may she Rest In Peace. She will be greatly missed and will forever live on in our hearts.
