Judy Johnson, beloved daughter of Henrietta Sumpter and William Eliza Johnson, was born on January 9, 1953 in New York, NY.
Judy attended and graduated Walton High School in the Bronx, New York, from which she received her High School Diploma. Judy furthered her education at the Bronx Community College. After college, Judy had a daughter named Trashawn.
Judy loved reading, traveling and knitting on her free time. Judy was a low key person with a very big and loving heart. If you ever needed her help, she would be there in a heart beat.
Judy loved to travel with her traveling friends. She went all over the world. Judy worked at the Triborough Bridge for over 30 years. After retirement, Judy pursued her passion for traveling.
Judy was close with her cousin Darlene and they spent a lot of time together knitting and crocheting.
Judy leaves to cherish fond memories: her daughter, Trashawn; grandson, Shamel; five great grandchildren; two aunts; her closest cousin, Darlene; best friend, Dolores, and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Judy loved and was loved by all.
