Isaiah Emrick, the beloved son of Aaron and Clara Emrick; was born in New York, New York on August 4, 1950. He faced many challenges at birth, as he was born with severe cerebral palsy. Isaiah, fondly known as Ikey, has never been able to walk or talk but he certainly understood any conversation you would have with him. His facial expressions would not be mistaken for what his response would be. Isaiah spent most of his life within a home setting at a facility for the disabled. This was due to his mother becoming ill while caring for him. Isaiah departed this life on June 29, 2022. He leaves to mourn and cherish fond memories: two sisters, Darlene Emrick and Joy Jenkins; one brother, Aaron F. Emrick Jr.; one sister-in-law, Beverly Emrick; and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
