It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Efrain Gonzalez, on September 29th, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Maria Gonzalez, and his children: Efrain Jr, Maria (Cuca), Edna, David, and Daniel.

As well as his grandchildren: Phil, Oscar II, John Efrain, Andy, Fabian, Katherine, Madison Kimberly, Mia Rose, Jay David, and Julian.

His In-Laws: Oscar, Kathy, Lisa and Vanessa.

And those who were able to spend time with him and made him feel loved: Rosie, Eddie, Rosalyn , Anna (La Loca), Zuhey, Mary and Wilson.

He passed away at the age of 82 years old. Currently a resident in Connecticut however, he was well known and loved in the community of the Wagner Houses in East Harlem. He was a pillar of strength, full of love, and kindness, and a smile that warmed hearts. He was a father to all those who knew and loved him. We will forever be blessed and honored for having him in our lives. We will love and cherish him always. Until we meet again…..
