Charlotte Ann Burris was born to her loving parents, Ramona Oppenheimer and Issac (Ike) Burris, in Harlem Hospital, New York, NY, on January 8, 1958.

Charlotte's academic road started in P.S. 101 and continued to Julia Richman High School. Charlotte was a loving person devoted to helping others. That's why she chose a career in Human Resource Administration as an Eligibility Specialist. Charlotte was also a Baptist woman.

Charlotte loved to party and have fun. She loved taking care of her beautiful plants and her time in the kitchen cooking. Charlotte took pride in taking care of her brother/cousin.

Charlotte Anna Burris passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 65.

Charlotte left behind a huge family who loved her dearly. Her family includes her first cousins, Antonio Oppenheimer, Luis Andino, Rafael Oppenheimer, and Lydia Oppenheimer; many nieces and nephews, Miguel Santiago, Samantha Santiago, Julianna Oppenheimer, Rafael Santiago, and Tamika Andino; and a host of family and friends.

She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and the people she helped during her wonderful years of life.
