Catherine Albright was born on December 27, 1942 to Luther and Evalina Albright in Savannah, Georgia. Although she was a Southern girl at heart, Catherine would later leave her small town and venture to the bustling metropolis of New York City. With opportunity at every corner, Catherine began working in the apparel industry. She worked at Criscione New York, a boutique clothing line that specialized in tailored garments for the modern woman. Although the fashion world was exciting, she ultimately pursued a career in healthcare. Catherine later obtained training and certification to become a nursing assistant, caring for some of the most vulnerable persons in nursing home settings. After many years of tireless service, she was able to enjoy the fruits of retirement. Catherine Albright is predeceased by her brothers, Luther and Tobb, as well as sisters, Ruth, Helen, and Maude. She is survived by her sisters Geneva and Liz, whom she loved visiting often in her hometown of Savannah. She leaves behind her sons, Danny and Kenneth Albright, and over fifteen grandchildren. Catherine lived the majority of her life in Harlem, NY, where her absence will truly be felt. Although New York was her home, she was a huge Los Angeles Lakers fan and loved Lebron James.

Catherine will always be known for her fierce personality and unwavering love for her family, friends and community.
