Born to her proud parents, Raymond Forbush and Zelma Carter of Newport, Virginia and Rhode Island, was Carol Neville. She was born in New York, NY on March 5, 1941. Carol was the third child of four children.
Carol attended and graduated from Murry Bergtraum High School in New York, NY. Her family then resided there as well in 1936. She then went on to meet Arthur Neville Sr. They then married on May 22nd. This union was blessed with four children. Kim, Robin, Gayle and Arthur Neville Jr. Carol worked and retired from the Board of Education as a school aide.
Carol enjoyed traveling and going on cruises. She also loved spending time with her family and friends. Listening to music and having family gatherings along with playing Pokeno and Bingo were just a few of her favorite things to do.
Carol is survived by: her sister, Paulette; one niece, Theresa; and one nephew, Ronald; her four children, Kim, Robin, Gayle and Arthur Jr.; nine grandchildren, James Jr., Nia, Chamay, Jasmine, Naya, Shai, Nicole, Aron and True; eight great grandchildren, James the III, Jordan, Javen, Prince, Ava, Jamel, Jayleen and Anthony Jr.; and a host of family, friends and loved ones.
