Beverly Alberta Lloyd Cunningham was the youngest child born to the late Henry and Iona Lloyd on July, 11, 1945 in New York City. Beverly was educated in the New York City School system and graduated from James Monroe High School with a general studies diploma in 1963. Shortly thereafter, she was employed at the New York Telephone Company for 32 years. Beverly married Joscelyn Cunningham III in 1964 and from this union Joscelym Cunningham IV was born. Beverly retired from the Telephone Company in 1985 and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Beverly leaves to cherish fond memories: her son, Joscelyn; grandchildren, Jordan, JeAnna, and Janay; sister, Lorraine; brother-in-law, Charles and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins who loved her dearly.
