Mr. Anthony McPherson was born December 16, 1966, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Julius Rhett and Doretha McPherson. He was a kind, loving, and generous person. He liked fishing, basketball, playing chess, football, and collecting comic books. On March 29th, 2024, at 9:12 p.m., he went home to be with the Lord. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior was baptized, and joined Christ Temple Baptist Church in Paterson, New Jersey. His favorite biblical scriptures were St. John 3:16 and Psalm 23. He was educated in Manhattan, New York, PS 171-108 Norman Thomas High School and St. John University for a time; he worked at TIAA-CREF for almost 20 years, and he became ill and disabled. He will be cherished and loved by his mother, Doretha McPherson, and all his cousins, relatives, and special friends.
