Mable had a short lived school career but that didn't hinder her from having a full professional career. Under her professional hat, Mable was an Office Clerk for Visiting Nurse Service in NY, a Childcare Provider, member of the Floral Club, treasury and also a prominent figure in Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church. All of these professional accolades helped provide for her growing family.
She met Harold Thomas and they were married soon after. This union blessed them with five children. These five children went on to have children of their own. Mable was blessed with a large family that began her legacy.
Mable took care of so many and did so much for others. She was blessed and all the good she gave peacefully walked her back home! She left us on April 10, 2021 to join her late family: Ernie, Shawri, Harold, Chantel, and her eight brothers and sisters.
She will be leaving behind her immediate family: Anthony Sr., Renee, Reggie, Gwendlyn, Shaina, Anthony Jr., Charmaine, Mieyoshi, Marcus, Rachea, Diamond Sr., Glenn, Jordyn, Keyana, Keiara, Diamond Jr., Niomi, Imani, Samantha, Daryl Jr., Mia, Malcolm, Alisa, Mason, La fester, Janelle, Bernetha, Janae. Bootsie, Topper, Robert, Fumble, Hayden, Wally, Jimmy, Kevin, Barbra, Vick, Sandra, Rosena, Pamala, Ava, Lisa, and Daryl Sr.; as well as a host of other nieces and nephews in South Carolina and New York.
Mable will be truly missed by all those she touched.
Walk with the lessons she taught and she will forever be with us.
