Ruth genuinely cared about people and always had a kind word for everyone. She will be remembered for her pleasant demeanor, words of wisdom, and compassionate heart. She had a wonderful sense of humor and her witty sayings would always leave you smiling.
Ruth was "Christian to the core". She had a deep abiding faith in God which enabled her to persevere through all of life’s challenges. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Milton; treasured sisters Eleanor and Josephine; and her cherished brother Theodore.
Ruth leaves to cherish fond memories: her devoted daughters Karen, Michelle and Yvette; her beloved granddaughter Dominique; and dear sister-in-law Cora Clayton of Lithonia, Georgia.
